Opening times
The School Day
Our school day begins at 8:45am every day. All pupils are expected to be on site by this time but the school gates will remain open until 8:55am when we expect all of our children to be in class ready for registration.
All children have a 45 minute dinner break. For children in Reception to Year 3 this is between 11:45am and 12:30pm. For children in Y for children in Years 4-6 this is between 12:30pm and 1:15pm
The school day finishes at 3:15pm each day for all of our classes .
In line with Government expectations, all children are expected to be in school for 6:5 hours per day (or 32.5 hours per week) for 190 days in each academic year.
Nursery
The morning session runs from 8:45am until 11:45am
The afternoon session runs from 12:30pm until 3:30pm
For our 30 hour children , the day begins at 8.45 and finishes at 3.15 each day.
